Clear Coat issue

Last fall i hit a deer with my car and it messed up the hood and stuff. So i took it to be repaired and repainted because it also had some stone chips from the previous owner. Well not until recently did i notice that it appears the clear coat is thin in some spots. It looks like whoever was spraying it ran out of CC and sprayed too much air and it caused it to be thin. Or could it be that it wasn't prepared right? Either way, how should i go about fixing it?

Re: Clear Coat issue

Professional company should warranty their work. New cars warranty their finishes for like 5+ years.
