Liking the ryobi got my Meg's Hyperwash in today so now all I need to do is decide on a pressure washer and foam gun!

    Re: Electric power washer recommendation?

I tried both of the Ryobi machines I posted earlier. Both worked well, but I chose to keep the bigger one. I didn't really notice a difference in the extra 100psi, but the bigger one was actually a little more quiet. Overall, it just felt better.

    Re: Electric power washer recommendation?

I have a Homelite 2700psi w/ Honda engine. Works great. Just brought it out for the first time this spring and it started up just fine after our crappy NE Ohio winter.

I had the Ryobi 1700 electric but took it back. Wasnt that great IMO but I also accredit that to poor water pressure too.

Both the Greenworks and the Ryobi machines already have the quick connect coupler (female) at the end of the wand. The foam cannon usually comes with the 1/4" NPT male connector. You just screw that into the cannon and it will quick-connect to the wand, just like a spray tip does.

Agree with CaveRacing, my foam gun from Chemical Guys came with coupler.

i have the Greenworks 1700psi pressure washer, it works great with my MTM foam lance. it does lack pressure over the gas units, but it's quiet.

i got mine at Lowes on sale for $169

    Re: Electric power washer recommendation?

I keep reading about pressure washers not lasting very long. I wonder what the weekend warriors and the pros are using. My neighbor picked up an X series Karcher which has good reviews and right before the year mark the motor broke. luckily it was warrantied.
