    Sealant for polished aluminum.

Can any one recommend a long lasting sealant for freshly polishes aluminum? I've spent way too much time polishing out the wheels on my old hot rod and I'd like then to look good as long as possible.

If you want to protect them for longest possible time with minimal maintenance, then you should consider a coating!

Otherwise, you can use WOWA sealants like opti-seal or Ultima paint guard plus.

    Or Collinite metal wax

    WipeOn WalkAway

As in you just wipe on the sealant with a sponge applicator and it flashes on its own. You don't need to come back and buff it off! (awesome thing! )

I agree, Opti-Coat or CQuartz might be a great way to go but I haven't tried them on metal. I assume they have no issues bonding.

I've heard great things about Collonite metal wax but not sure about its durability.

If you have any Ultima Trim and Tire Guard on hand I would recomend giving that a try.
