    Ccs foam applicators.

CCS Euro Foam Hand Polish Applicators - Hand polish, hand detail, foam applicators, CCS foam pads, polishing pad

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to these applicators. For the weekend detailer, or if you are without a buffer, these are great hand applicators. I used the white one with prima amigo yesterday. Worked the product in evenly and great to work with. If you like working by hand, give them a look.

Which side of the pad did you use - with the holes or the flat side?

Here's a post by Mike (third paragraph under Test Spot by Hand) where he mentions flipping it over and using the flat side of the pad. I bought a few of these pads to see how they work in smaller areas, and thought I might try his suggestion.

Hole side. Seemed to use less product and spread evenly. From CCS...

The pockets create spaces for excess polish to accumulate – without soaking into the foam – until it is needed on the work surface.

Good stuff! I like the hydrotech hand pads as well.

Yep, I have one of each for those hard to reach spots. Orange, white, and red. I don't use the red much...tend to just use a yellow foam wax applicator instead. I've started to favor MF hand applicators over the orange CCS for compounds like M105.

I seen these but I was more interested in the waxing application. Red or gold?

I agree, been using the euro ccs pads for awhile, orange n white, never needed to use red pads. I use both sides.

Either. I have used the red one for wax/sealant. Lately I've just been using the small yellow foam discs for wax...easier to get in the hard spots since they are so thin compared to the CCS pads.

The red ccs foam (round applicators) i have used for wax and have used the thin yellow foam applicators for my sealant (the ones that are much thinner than meguiars yellow foam applicators, come free with optimum opti seal)...as i previously stated never needed to use the red euro ccs hand applicators due to size, but i have used the red ccs round foam applicators which can fit in wax containers.
