It's not exactly top-notch in the looks department but I've used it numerous times for winter protection. Holds up well to automatic washes and road salt and is easy to apply. I'll be putting it on one of my daily drivers in the next week to see how it holds up against duragloss 501/105 over the winter.

    Re: NU Finish

I seem to recall NuFinish being the butt of many jokes on this forum for a time, kind of like how "jorts" references show up on college football signs every Saturday this year. And the "[insert opposing coach or player] wears yoga pants" sign. Funny the first couple of times.

I used it many times years ago, it does hold up well.
It doesn't take long to apply it and buffs off easy which is a plus.
Still have a bottle of it somewhere.

It's pretty good, actually. Used it for winter protection as well. Held up very well to salt and touchless washes.

As always, prep is key. Not the best looking, but easy to use and CHEAP too.

^^^Those are some pretty good endorsements, I'd say!!^^^

    IMHO...
Nu-Finish is tough stuff---a better product than many give it credit for.
It provides a polymer base...it's a Sealant that provides a very shiny, highly reflective surface.

It has a proven track record:
Or Reed-Union (who has owned it for awhile now, and sells/markets it)
wouldn't have their name/reputation associated with it.

It is a good, easy to apply, long lasting...performs as advertised...product.

I know this isn't a popular stance to take since one doesn't have to sell their
first-born child to buy something that's readily available: Locally/almost anywhere.

    To add.

It's been on the market for a very long time, tells me they're selling a ton of it.
Maybe I should start using it on my families cars. Lol

Well it seems to last which is a plus.

Gloss wise how does it compare to Meguiar's Ultimate Wax? Which is also a sealant and and an OTC product as well
