First impressions .. dilutes 20:1 .. wow! That is a high dilution rate aka what I like to see!

Well the pictures speak for themselves, I agitate after letting it sit for 1-2 minutes with
Carrand Deluxe Interior Brush, carpet scrub brush, upholstery brush, rug brush, carpet cleaner brush
These interior Carrand brushes are awesome, agitate easily and quickly, after use they are easily cleaned with a wash and slight agitation.
After soak - agitation - I follow with a MF cleaning to help pull the rest of the stain out. The results are great for in my opinion and for under 20 dollars for products and tools, what is not to like?
This carpet cleaner is fantastic it does exactly what it claims to do, it removes stains and quickly, highly concentrated, foaming but not too much which is a plus for me, and a little goes a long way, definitely a quality product and worth giving a shot!

Very nice review. Thanks for sharing. This looks like it will work better than Folex. Now you said it can dilute up to 20:1 but did you actually dilute it that much in your review?

Thanks for viewing I have not used folex however I would place my bet on this product, yes I have only used it diluted at 20:1 which is what all the review pictures are from. IIRC it can be used at higher concentrations if 20:1 isn't getting the job done but I imagine just a second application of 20:1 would do the trick.

Great review! I was wondering if I should get this since I have been using CG's Fabric Clean for the last couple months with good results. Maybe I'll pick up a bottle of this one day to test out.

It performs exactly as it says and i love it.Ive never tried Folex but i havent come across anything that Fabric Clean couldnt take care of yet. Also works really well at 10:1 dilution.
