Just another Mckee's N-914 Quick Review

Got this from Nick yesterday and my car was due for a wash. I took it to the coin op and pressure washed off the heavy contaminants and any road salt.

Got it home and mixed up my 1 gallon sprayer for a pre soak. 1 ounce per gallon. I then mixed 1 ounce per 2 gallons of distilled water per instructions. I immediately noticed the suds. The only other comparison I have is Wolfgang Uber RW. That does not sud at all. I also find the N-914 equally pleasant smelling to the WG!

Laid out a nice layer of pre soak while I had 6 Eagle Edgeless towels soaking in the 2 gallons of solution. Got right to work!

I noticed the lubricity to actually be a little more than the WG when gliding the towels along the panels. With little to no effort the panels wiped clean. I used very light pressure, as I always do, and no different than when using WG.

My quick conclusion with only 1 use is it is definitely on par with WG which I consider the leader in RW's and a top shelf product. Smell is pleasant, directions are straight forward, lubricity is high, ability to clean is stellar!

I always like to get some time with any new product before I vouch for it. So I will be rolling with this and will be doing a bucket to bucket, panel to panel comparison with the WG. I will update when I get some more seat time. For now and with initial use this looks to be a home run for Mckee's!

    Hope you all are well!

I have seen in post after post, this community puts family first in a lot of ways, and that is awesome in this day and age! So cool seeing some great parents teaching their children and spending time with them even while working. Thanks for the awesome review!

Please let us know if/when you can vouch for it.

When I reach for a RW that "leaves nothing behind" it is D114. The N-914 sounds like a good option for comparison. Have you used D114 and can you comment how the N-914 does against it for cleaning ability?

Great review, garage looks awesome also. With Mckee's N914 working s well for everyone it looks like a replacement for Meg's D114 (now discontinued) since its supposed leave nothing behind also. The only other thing that Meg's D114 had that I like for cold or damp days was its ability to flash dry very easily when being wiped off, I wonder if Mckee's does similar or not. Meg's D114 was actually kinda hard for me to use out side if it was breeze or sunny and warm because it would flash dry so quick.
