Nano-scale Si02 particles, aka silica, is the backbone ingredient in many of CarPro's protective coatings and sealants.

As a detail spray, it gives a nicer shine in a lot of ways compared to a lot of other ones. I do find the dilution ratios are a bit too strong, realistically 1:20 is the best one that works for me. Anything like 1 to 5 is way too thick of a solution and while it has excellent lubrication, it just feels goopy. For those of us unlucky enough to not have sunshine all winter, 1:5 will take way too long to dry and buff off. Not sure if it's the SiO2 particles or the lubricant agent itself but in winter time, 1:25 is the best combination. I'm using this on a Cquartz UK coated car so I'm not sure if it'll work differently on another coating or on bare paint. In the fall when I still had warm weather, it was great to mix it up at 1 to 10 or so because it dried off to a haze it seems and I can just buff it off with a single towel afterwards, like removing extra smooth wax almost.

Thanks for this. I try 1:10 first when I get it.

It doesn't smell as bad as Reload, does it? IMO Reload is the worst smelling detailing product ever conceived. I've never smelled IronX, but I bet Reload's worse. It smells exactly like the Raid roach killer sold in Mexico.

This makes me curious about trying a mix between Reload + Wolfgang Uber to use on customers vehicles...

Was thinking the same thing. Seems like using Reload (or any spray sealant) in a WW or QD for that matter could be effective.

Opti seal is really easy to use as a protection drying aid, mix it with onr and you have some extra protection while you dry, I use it on the cars that I maintain after they've been sealed or coated

You're talking about spraying it on as you dry, correct?
