Re: Any long term Wolfgang Uber Ceramic testimonials?

Coatings in general have a certain weakness to waterspots. No matter who makes it, whether it's Optimum, Cquartz or the PBMG coatings. Waterspots will eat through any LSP though if you're not careful and I do find that with Cquartz, I haven't had a problem with it etching. Of course I also make sure to carry a waterless wash solution in my car to go over it anytime it gets hard water on it but that's the case with any coating or LSP you use.
If you find that the Carpro Spotless waterspot remover destroyed the beading, try re-washing that area with something. I find that's what it does to any coating until you re-wash it and then the beading is brought back. I think it's because of the surfectant it leaves behind and I used it on a Cquartz coating as well. It's not the problem with the Wolfgang coating it's just a problem with hard water. Coatings still aren't magic bubbles, and I think they do a better job of protecting a cars finish than most other LSPs and their durability can't be beat.

Currently have 2 personal vehicles with WGUC, one is about a year since application. Looks and beads like the day of application. The third vehicle with CQUK has slightly better beading, but it has been touched up with Reload. I only do RInseless washes with WG Uber Rinseless or BF Waterless.

I think everything is in the prep. WGUC is the easiest to use coating and looks awesome. Plus you can apply it to all surfaces unlike some coatings.
