How does the Meg's stack up?

For a forum about three polishers, there seems to be a lot of talk about the GG the PC and the Flex, but no one says anything about the Megs. Anyone have an educated opinion? Complaints? Anything at all? I am currently trying to decide between the GG (because of all the excellent reviews) and the Megs (because it looks like one heck of a machine). My price limit is >$150 so the Flex is out. I have an older Makita that is my go to machine, but want to try a d/a on for size.

Get the Griots, you won't look back. From my understanding its the most powerful DA that AG sells, and that includes the Flex. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty.

I just got the GG polisher and although I've never used a DA to polish I absolutely love it.

Oh no, not another GG vs Flex argument.

I dont use a flex or megs. My Griots is awesome. I think the Megs is just a lot less popular. Dont know if there is a reason. If you are used to a rotary, then you would probably be disappointed in the lower powered Megs or PC. I would go with the GG.

It seems like any of the 3 DAs in your range are worthy machines. OF those three, the GG is more powerful.

Honestly, I dont think you can go wrong with any of them. I have an older PC. The GG is much more powerful, but, that does not mean I dont reach for the PC. I use both of them. Sometimes I enjoy not using the brute that the Griots is.

Let us know what you think of it.
