Question about new Edge Wool Pads

I always thought Wool pads have a heavier cut than foam pads? I was reading about the new edge wool pads and it seems like they cut just as much as foam?

I am looking for a pad that has more cut than the LCC yellow.....

IMO wool cuts faster and the paint temps. stay cooler when used with a rotary compared to foam.

wools have always been considered the most abrasive and cutting pads as transfer more heat than foam pads. Maybe recent synthetic threads have reduced this ???

Beg to differ about the temp, foam heats up a surface faster than wool. Try it yourself, I did. Wool is a much more effective way of correcting a defect than foam, but foam is the best way to polish a surface.
