I can only assume you are joking. That's what forums are made of, differing opinions.

Your right about one thing. It is that simple. If that's all the poster needs let him PM Aaron and save the forum from all the silly comments in this thread.
1) I don't see how you can destroy the velcro on the backing pad by peeling off the pad a certain way... I can see how it would destroy the backing on the pad though... what would be the proper way to remove the pad anyway?? I have yet to encounter one issue with velcro or backing, except like mentioned the few bad CMA pads.

2) I meant "here" as in this thread. If he said he's done with edge, and I say I've had good experience with LC, and tell him to try it out, that's one thing.... BUT, the OP has tried both systems, one failed continuously, and has decided he's done with it... this is where I think everyone should keep their opinions out... and by opinions, I'm talking more about the encouragement of one product or the other. I'm saying it's ok if you say that all your edge adapters or LC backing plates have been great for years, but don't try to tell the OP he should change his mind based on your experience...

3) Why would he PM Aaron... he obviously has had enough dealing with the system and wanted a change... maybe we're really on the wrong page here and just not understanding each other (not just you and I but different people with different opinions) but it comes down to the OP being "done" with edge... wish him luck, and move on to another thread... only Aaron should ask/tell him to call and try and change his mind...

I thought I did that on the first page of this thread, and so did Jason at Autogeek where the pads were purchased. All I am saying is sometimes people post out of frustration instead of contacting either Edge or Autogeek for some direct resolution and this is the result. I can promise that if the OP calls either of us we will handle the situation quickly, and professionally, and to the best of our ability in order to satsify the customer. If the chooses not to continue with the system, well at least I can feel confident that we stood behind the product and tried to find a solution for the customer.

I think either you detail ALOT or you're not using the pads correctly since you've had BOTH the systems break down on you?

Ive been working on cars every day for the past couple weeks. And I mean Monday- Sunday. Like I said, Ive had 2 adapters fail on me, removing pads correctly. And the plastic on the orange/ green pad is worn so it isnt secured tightly onto the adapter anymore, it wiggles. The backing plate is a year old along with that red Meguairs pad. Im not surprised or upset that the glue on the pad went. Im surprised that the backing plate went. But I am upset about the Edge pad and adapter because both havent been used that much.

And no, Im not putting too much pressure on the PC.

Aaron is right. I made this thread out of frustration because I was in the middle of a detail when everything went wrong. It was late and I was tired. Dont get me wrong, Im still upset about it, but it could have been handled better on my part, so I have to apologize for that.

I dont see a need for anyone to continue to post in this thread.

You did do that... I was simply stating what should have been done, when I said you should PM him... I've heard nothing but GREAT things about your customer service Aaron, and I've heard of people receiving numerous adapters just to make sure they're never left without one, BUT you say above OP should contact EDGE or Ag for some "direct resolution"... unless you can magically make the adapters bullet-proof, there's no resolution, as there's always a chance of failure... I gues I'm being biased as well since I had a similar experience with LC pads from CMA... unlike AG LC pads, which have lasted me years without a single issue, the CMA ones came apart over and over again... so no matter how many pads they send me, I'll be unhappy with the product, since I have to go and ship the stuff back, and wait for new stuff to arrive
