What is this on my hood???

Are you talking about the white spots or the smaller dots on the hood?

The small ones. The ones by the hood and headlight up along the seam of hood and fender.

What's A.S.R.???? I'm not that familiar with these products. (mainly Megs)
What sort of applicator? BTW It feels smooth to the touch.
