today i got in contact with the company that i purchased my PC from...all is good...they will be emailing me a return sticker to put onto the box...then all i have to do it drop it off at the local UPS store...they are currently waiting for a shipment of PC's so i will have to wait about a week and a half or so...but when they arrive they will be sending me out a new one that very same day or the next day!

ok so today i got the NEW PC so i will be using it sometime this week...i think after talking with everyone...i will just allow the machine to do what it can under its own pressure and i will slowly begin to put pressure on it when i become more comfortable...this should be ok right?

PUT THE WASHER IN IT LOL!!!!
EDIT: mine did the same thing until it saw the little washer in the bag that came with it. now it works perfectly.
