EDGE Adaptor Broke

Well I was putting a white pad on to give it a spin dry, this morning getting ready to 2 vettes to do. And I was having trouble getting it on. So I look at the spindle and this is what I saw. Now I am screwed, since I only have one adaptor. Looks like I will have to go back to my velcro backing till I can get a new one. Some how one of the ball bearings fell out

If you bought it recently, contact Meghan here in AG or Aaron a.k.a. The Edge to see what they can do for you...

I think it seems like they are taking a beating because people are not drying and storing the pads properly and it is causing issues with the foam and glue. These arn't like the velcor pads you can squeeze dry and put away.

This is the first I have heard of an adapter issue, but just like EVERY SINGLE OTHER THING MANUFACTURED, it is going to have issues. The good thing in all of this is Aaron takes care of buisness and fast. Most places could care less about sevice after the sale, they have your money, what do they care? But Edge is good people, which is why I will continue to use their products, even if there are issues.
