Im gonna have to look for this spacer, i dont remember ever seeing it when i got the PC. I keep EVERYTHING when it comes to my tools, so if it came with it then i have it.

It's pretty small and easy to miss. Does your backing pad clear the counter weight without it? Are you able to spin it by hand and have it spin freely for a few seconds?

I had a black washer and a grey one...I think one came with the Porter Cable backing plate also...but if you can not find one..goto the hardware store and get a nylon washer ..they are like a nickel each...

It didnt come with a BP, it just came with that white pad and the flat wrench.
