Wolfgang Polishing Pad Rejuvenator is a strong citrus cleaner that penetrates foam or wool to release thick polishes, waxes, and compounds.

I have used the XMT pad cleaner and it really works well. I was using my orange pad to clean my windows and hit the black rubber a few times. Turned the edges of my pad black. A few squirts of the XMT and it was good as new. I have not tried the WG.

I imagine the DP is pretty similar stuff just in a different package. Personally, I like to keep both DP and XMT pad cleaner on hand. The XMT works great on pads where the polish is crusted up on the surface of the pad. Plus, spray on and rinse off is a really easy procedure if you've just used one or two pads. The DP is great too, but since you have to mix up a bucket of it I usually only use it when I use more than two pads. Occasionally, I use it with fewer than 2 pads when the polish has really soaked into the pads.

For example, yesterday I detailed a car and used Blackfire SRC FP on one pad and Optimum Poli-Seal on another pad. The pad with BF cleaned up easily with the XMT, but the OPS pad had really soaked in the product. So, I mixed up a bucket of DP for the pad with OPS and poof all the polish was gone after soaking it a while.

I like the DP container better for storage, but both work equally great. Use to be a product called Snappy that was also similar.
