I recently returned a failed adaptor to Aaron. He sent (2) replacements UPS overnight along with (2) 4” pads! They really know how to take care of their customers.

Thank you so much for the instructions on how the quick connect works with the Edge pads. I have been struggling with that for months!!!! I tried what you said and WOW did that make a huge difference. I just love the Edge pads and I have to say that is the only pad that I prefer to use. I did kind of have to chuckle to myself the other day though. My products guy stopped by my shop and I have always gotten my 8in. Edge pads for my rotary from him. So when he stopped I asked if he had any pads for my PC. He told me that they don't make them for that. I didn't tell him any different b/c I decided that I would buy my pads and quick connect for my PC from AG!
If I hadn't found this site I would have never known that there was the Edge pads with the quick connect for my PC!!! THANKS AG for having such an informative site and thanks to the members that provide information! Your GREAT!

Gary,
I have emailed you several times over the past few days asking you to call so we can take care of your situation but I have not had any response. Are you getting my emails?
