Thanks Meghan. You guys are all so cool. Good thing you said to let you know if I need anything. Because my needs are few but my wants are many, especially from Autogeek!

I just got home from work and my new replacement PC was waiting for me. I took it out and plugged it in and it was like music to my ears. I can't wait to try it out. Thanks to Jason and everyone at AG for taking are of me in such a pleasant and helpful manner.

Al,

Welcome aboard! This is a great forum with some great people. That just blows that your first pc didn't work. How frustrating. But as you said, AG has great customer service.

I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your work with the pc!

Hi,

I got a question for you guys, I live in Canada and I'm about to order a PC 7424. If I get a broken one will I be able to return it and get a new one? If so who will cover the expense? I'm assuming that I would have to return the broken one.

Just thought I'd ask.

Oh and yes I have already looked to see if I could get one here but I can’t seem to track a PC 7424…a hardware store didn’t even know who Porter Cable was?

Hey AL welcome aboard! I was in the same boat as you a couple of months ago. I got a PC and the Edge 2K pads, then finally decided on the XMT line along with some PB's Natty's blue, and have been very happy with the results and easy of use. Take the tip from FN, use a timer and work the polish 4-5 minutes. This is one mistake I (not working the polish long enough) but quickly learned the answers from the forum. You better hurry up it's gettin' cold around here.
