That's why I trying to find if there is any real difference in the performance ie... Will brand A cut better than brand B with their light cutting pads, or polishings pads, etc. Or is really just about the centering? |

| | | It's about centering/switching pads which saves time (important for those making a living detailing), saving $$ when you purchase 1 edge pad cause your getting 2 versus buying 2 single sided pad. LC single sided pad $10.99 each thats =21.98 for 2 pads or 1 edge pad $17.99 and your getting 2.
