Porter Cable Kit which one?

Hello

I am looking into getting a PC but I have never used one of these before. From what I have read they are easy for a beginner. AG offers a lot of kits, which one would you choose?

What will they be used on? 2001 CR-V and 2006 Acura RSX . The V has minor scratches and the RSX have one or two. Both are in really good condition.

I normally use PB products and top EX-P off with Souvran.

Stick with the 5.5" pads, anything bigger will not correct properly. I don't think any kits come with the 4" pads, so may want to buy these separately. You'll need a 3.5" backing plate.

I like the ceramiclear kit with 5.5 pads and buffers ....sorry to confuse the issue.

I was looking at the Wolfgang kit, one bad for one Wolfgang solution and one pad for the other. Seems simple.... at least for a newbie

Go with Killr's recomendation you won't be sorry for getting the 5.5" pads instead of the 6.5" pads. Or should I say you will be sorry for getting the 6.5" instead of the 5.5" pads. LOL

Why is that? Granted I'm a PC beginner, but I've used the 6.5" pads on an Audi and a Toyota with great results, with Pinnacle ASR and AFP.
