Re: need help from the pro's

You the white pad and swirl remover first, if that doesnt work move to the orange pad and the swirl remover. Then I would go back over it with a white pad and the swirl remover since the orange pad will enduce slight marring. I would use the paint cleaner and a blue pad as a final step. There would be no need for the 3m glaze as the p21s paint cleaner has some fillers as a glaze and cleans the paint at the same time. Then apply your sealant. You will be very happy with the sealant, that is my favorite sealant out there, not only is it easy to use but the look you get from it is outstanding. Lets us know how it comes out.

-Wash
-Clay
-Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0 w/white or orange pad
-P21S GEPC w/gray pad
-Wolfgang DGPS w/blue pad

There is no need for 3M IHG if you're using clay and a swirl remover. Save that for a few months down the road when you want to wash, glaze, and re-wax with a carnauba wax. (you generally don't want to apply Wolfgang over an oily glaze)

You should stay away from the gray pad with a paint cleaner because it induces marring if it is not saturated. The blue pad has zero cut to it so that would be the best pad for paint cleaners or your final poilsh.

Re: need help from the pro's

why are we even using a paint cleanser after polishing ?? It seems like addl work especially if a glaze is also being used which will do some light filling ??

Re: need help from the pro's

It helps remove the oils from the polish, I look at it as a substitute to a ipa wipe down, plus it also helps the sealant bond to the finish.

Question Re: need help from the pro's

ok guys does this sound like a good plan i'm going to wash and clay the car that's a given. after claying i'll hit it with Wolfgang Total Swirl 3.0 with the PC7424 starting with the White Pad if i'm not happy with the result i'll switch to the Orange Pad and finish with the White Pad. moving on to the next step using P21S Gloss-Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser on my PC7424 with Blue Pad. and my final step to complete my exterior is Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 i just might hand apply the sealant since i heard it's easy to apply and buff right out.
tell me what you think

Re: need help from the pro's

Great plan, then all you will probably need to do later on is touch ups with the swirl remover on a blue pad.

I have noticed some light filling with P21S GEPC and also Pinnacles Paintwork lotion and until now left them for carnauba topping only, have you used sealants over them without issue ??

Also, I understand the paint polish versus iso wipedown, but if using a Glaze afterwards (thats what was offered above) is there really a need ?? It truly seems like an unneccessary step. I noticed it was missing in later post, but was originally considered in first post.

My last question is do you feel the Wolfgang 3.0 Sealant will offer maximum adhesion (curing) when used over this glaze specifically. (I dont know much on the 3M Imperial Glaze specifcially)
