Backing plate coming apart

Has anyone had this happen to them? I've only used the PC on 4 vehicles so far!

I would send the backing plate and ask for a replacement.

I only get like 4 extended uses of a small backing plate on speed 6 before they destroy themselves. The heat created by extended speed 6 use just kills those smaller backing plates. The big ones are fine, it's just the small ones.
