Need PC tips around bumper, etc.

I have seen a few helpful videos on how to use the PC. Great! They are all on a nice flat surface. What about techniques around edges, bumpers, etc. What is the best way to go about? How do you go about it?

I unweight the buffer, keep it moving faster, and don't dwell over edges. I'll either tape or steer clear of areas that can rip a pad or visa versa.

Tape everything that can scuff or burn. The PC doesnt create a ton of friction but it can still make a mess out of plastic and trim. I use smaller, spot buff pads when working in areas that have a lot of angles and are harder to manage with a 5.5" or bigger. Makes the handling of the PC easier and you're not covering as large an area, hence less overworking the same area.

yeah, I like using the 3" spot buffing pads for use around the bumpers.

I find dressing the plastic first helps a ton. Any residue will wipe right off.
