Edge pads and bonnets

Can I use the edge pads with a bonnet over it to remove wax?

Re: Edge pads and bonnets

Of the bonnets that I have, I do not believe any will fit over the thickness of the Edge pads. The ones I've used barely fit over one 6" pad, highly doubt they'd fit on the double sided pads.

Re: Edge pads and bonnets

Thanks, would the Edge 6" wool pad with a bonnet work?

Re: Edge pads and bonnets

I use mf bonnets on top of my 6" edge pads all the time. Works great. Undoubtedly the easiest way to get the majority off. Usually just use it after polishing though. Prefer by hand for the wax.
