Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday i was trying to remove some extremely heavy swirls and water spots that they were caused by rinsing the car without wiping it for 2 years long.the car is a Honda Inspire black metallic paint about 12 years old.Is there a possibility to completely remove them by DA polisher?If yes what is the best combo for faster and effective removal by DA?Please help

I've never worked on a Honda before, but for what I hear the paint is soft and I can only assume a PC should work fine
As far as the water spots, that's a tricky one; I've seen few water spots etched into some finishes, and the only way to get them out is by wetsanding and re-clear...

with that time and being water, you likely have etching that breached the finish. A professional might need to wet-sand as possible.
