Super-fine haze / micromaring? help?

Im using a PC a white pad and OP. What I end up with is a slight haze in the paint, very very small scratches maybe 1/32". I've heard that OP needs to be worked a long time - is this typical of OP that hasn't been broken down yet?

with some polishes, you might need to move to a lighter finishing polish and finishing pad to jewel the surface.

I would follow up with a finishing polish to correct your problem.

A grey pad and Sonus ultra-fine polish? SFX-3, I believe.

It is typical for any aggressive polish or when a polish is not worked in or broken down properly.

And yes, OP does take longer to break down then other polishes...try using less product and check a section periodically as the polish break downs (at each change in the polish) until the hazing is removed.

For me, Menzerna's finishing polishes (106ff, po85rd, FPII) are the best finishing polishes available, especially on black. Unlike other combo's I've tried, I've never had any hazing problem with Menzerna/polishing pad combo...they always leave a high gloss finish.
