Does anybody know this PAD's brand and model?

Hi mates,
I'm looking for the brand of this PAD:

It is 6inch diameter, and I've no more info, and the seller doesn't know the data. Can anybody help me? I really like it and I'll look for this PAD in cut and finish version.
Thanks !!

looks like a propel pad sold by a competitor. Has some problems recently with the velco area coming off.

Actually the Propels are 7" pads. The only available colors are Gray (Finishing Pad), Blue (Level 1), Green (Level 3), Orange (Level 3), and Yellow (Level 4).
