pc 7424

I received my new pc 7424 and 6.5 pads Wed. For the more experience users, do you have to use this pc very long for your hands to get used to the vibration or should it not vibrate to the extent that is is quite painful to your hands. I have used orbital sanders a lot and they never bother me but this pc did. I read somewhere about a counterweight for the larger pads but I think mine would have came with the right counterweight since I ordered the kit that had some 6.5 pads with it. thanks for any advice.

You shouldn't have any pain. It could be a combo of too much grip pressure and some vibration. Lighten your grip pressure and see if that helps. On a scale of 1-10 the proper grip pressure would be about a 5 or less. Give it a try. The PC 's not getting out of your control with lighter pressure. This is just a guess to the cause of your problem so please give a little feedback.

after using the PC on full tilt for polishing your hands may itch ... normal. After a couple uses it usually gets use to it.
