    Pinnacle Black Label Beading...

I shared these pictures in a separate thread about applying PBL in cold temperatures and thought I'd also share them here. As a quick background, I am in the Northeast and the temperatures are less than optimal for detailing let alone applying PBL coatings. Nevertheless, while the outside temperatures were below freezing last week, I was able to warm my garage to a balmy 53.

This past Sunday, however, we were treated to some frozen rain so I had a chance to see how well the coating adhered to the cold surface. The following are a handful of shots I took with my camera phone. Sorry for the poor quality.

The first two were taken in a parking lot when I returned to my car to find that the rain had begun...

...and the rest were taken in my garage after I drove home. The paint looks 'orangey' because of the flash...

By the way, the first picture is of the car's panorama roof so the black part was covered in the PBL glass coating. The rest of the body (all of the red paint) was covered in PBL paint coating. I think it worked well despite the cold. Besides, when the Spring rolls around it will get the detailing it really deserves.

Sorry guys, I can't see them either for some reason. Let's try it again.

Here are the first two that were taken in the parking lot when I returned to my car to find that the rain had begun...

...and the rest from the garage...

If this doesn't work then I'm just going to have to try moving the photos to Shutterfly or another hosting site. Sorry for any inconvenience!
