Re: Pinnacle leather conditioner - the very best!

I just got a sample of this stuff. Man it smells so nice!! I've smelled it everyday so far, and more than once! Even my gf likes it. I can't wait to put it on my seats! Did you use any kind of leather cleaner before hand?

Several companies including Pinnacle offer a cleaner product also. It really depends on the shape of leather, in some cases a conditioner is all thats needed.

Re: Pinnacle leather conditioner - the very best!

The car is a year and a half old. I've used OTC leather conditioner before. The seats are black as well with red inserts. I could probably just throw the conditioner on there and it would be alright.

Audi...I'm not sure she would like that lol. It smells like new leather...it's fantastic.

Re: Pinnacle leather conditioner - the very best!

I have the Pinnacle leather conditioner and I agree that the smell is a wonderful rich "Leather Smell" I think that is all you are gettin from the product. A nice Leather "SMELL". From the research I have been doing you should avoid conditioner products that contain waxes such as "Lanolin" on treated leather (which is approx 95% of car seat leather) so unless you are driving an Aston Martin or other very High end vehicle you no doubt have treated leather. This means that none of these conditioners are doing anything but sitting on top of the leather and Smelling nice? If thats what you want then thats cool, I just feel like we are sorta being sold "snake oil" in many of these leather conditioners. For an interesting read check out this info on leather care...

Let me know what you guys think?
