| Need Help
I am correcting medium clearcoat scratching by wetsanding with 2000 grit. I follow this up with XMT heavy duty swirl remover, Pinnacle advanced swirl remover and Pinnacle advanced finishing compound. All are on small Lake Country orange pads and a PC buffer. All looks fine except in certain light I see a cloudy effect in the paint where I sanded. It seems like the Pinnacle swirl remover did not clear up the XMT. Have I skipped a step? Or do I need another procedure? The process works fine on single stage paint, but a metallic blue saab is giving me trouble. Thanks in advance.
