| Best choice of finishing wax
Hey all. So I just got the XMT Intermediate Swirl Remover. After the finishing gloss, I'm trying to decide what to seal with. I have some DuPont paint protector at home that I got from a Porsche dealership, but after reading up on Pinnacle's site, I see I have some other options. Ultimately, I'd like to use the Souveran paste wax, but seeing as I can't buy it due to price let me know what you guys think of liquid Souveran vs. SS2 paste vs. XMT 360 vs. XMT 180. The prices seem reasonable and I've heard good things. What do you guys think? Thanks! |

I think Signiture Series would look better then Liquid Souveran on a dark red car. XMT360 is as polish/sealant combination so you really can't compare it to XMT 180, Signiture Series or Liquid Souveran.

Liquid Soveran is also fantastic !!

Alright then, I guess I'll be ordering a tub of the signature series haha. Is it pretty easy to work with?

Alright, so I was looking around at Menzerna products and saw that their APO 60 sealing wax is only $40. You think this would be a better LSP than the SSII?

I'm new and was hoping I could get some feedback. I have new pewter/graphite colored 4Runner. After washing, can some people suggest the next few steps and what products to use during these steps?

If there are flakes DP MaxWax will pull them out and look fantastic. SS II will pull out any metallic in the paint. At least this has been my experience with them. DP will last longer, SS II is another beauty wax.
