Won an Online Contest

Hey everyone. I havent been around much due to work and just found out today that there will be more changes at work so who knows when I will have time to do stuff outside of work. I had entered my car in an online contest put on by Texaco called Car of the Decades and just wanting to report back that I won the first part of the contest. If you go to Texaco Car of the Decades you can see the winners of each decade and those are the cars that qualify for the grand prize. Thanks for anyone that voted from this site for my Regal Turbo T I didnt really campaign much for votes like some people in the contest did but I still pulled it out.

For winning my decade I get a $250 gas card to Texaco and a black and white computer sketch done of my car by a professional automotive artist. The drawing was why I entered the contest I thought if I could win that it would be really cool to set beside my car at car shows. The grand prize is a $500 gas card, a full color drawing of your car by that artist, and 2 all expense paid VIP passes to next years Daytona 500. That would be very cool but dont see that happening.

Nice, I was pulling for you man! $250 gas card and the drawing is a great prize too!

I think If you want to increase your odds for the second round you should take pics of your car at a texaco, like the 1930s winner has, being its a texaco contest and all.

congrats
