BMW Trim question, CALLING TOTO

2002 BMW x5 4.4 Sport and Premium Package

The door trim for the later years is glossy black, instead of flat black. Well it usually gets this chemical look that I cannot figure out how to get rid of.

Id clean it with 50/50 water/ alcohol and try XMT 360 on it.

from what i understand there anodized...i dunno how that plays a part in WHY it turns like that but im sure a good polish at a low speed/heat should solve it...ive had situations like that on the many bmw's ive worked on and i cant quite rememebr what i did to solve it

some polish should be fine though
