If it is a personalyty thing then you have a provocative personality aiming to cause controversy. Just because I have a 3 cylinder german car I wouldn't put plate saying American Muscle who? or V8 who? and I would not do that because it is provocative and unpolite, but then again this is MHO.

IMHO i think 99% of other users on this forum or 99% of people where 'we are from' dont mind it all and find it rather amusing. I guess it all depends on where were from. Which also possibly results in the MANY MANY MANY personalized license plates in souther california alone.

My parents have a licence plate that says N Puzon & B Puzon..you would figure that it would be pointless for putting their name on the back of a car but it is what it is. which is also the reason why my plates will say RN Puzon...not becuase im degrading any other nurses under me...but becuase i can...in an unpolite-unprovacative-unrude way...

jus for the sake of the 'thread' we coudl go back n forth im sure about what is right and what is wrong...and again not to get all contraversial..but we are all just justifying our 1st ammendment ..=)

On a seperate note, I got rear ended at 5mph today by a 85 year old lady. She was afraid she was going to get her license suspended so I told her she can pay out of pocket, then I found out she had little to no money because she was just scammed by some people....

So..... I just told her to forget it and Ill deal with it.. Its a tiny tiny crease, but the tow hook eye fell off. sigh..... 900 miles on the odometer and I have to get the piece painted and replaced (just the eye cover)

Everyone at the office made me feel like a fool for letting her go, but I just thought if it were my own mother in the same situation...

FMINUS, that's just plain unlucky that you got rear-ended. Personally, I wouldn't worry about repainting or replacing it. Because next week, some idiot will do it again!

Remember when I slammed the hose into my fender? It's a nice spot of white on my hood now but I've some to terms with it now. That way, everytime i wash my truck, the white spot is telling me to be careful!
