| Used to but haven't had the time in the last couple years to implement a full workout routine, I always surfed/wakeboarded etc so still stayed in shape. The other day started lifting weights again and was suprised at how weak I felt compared to before, gotta get body used to it again, I was sore as hell afterwords.
I may just buy a BowFlex setup b/c of time and could go to the gym like once/twice a week for free weights. Surprisingly my friend has a nice BowFlex setup and he loves it, he's had some nice gains as when tension builds it really puts a workout on the muscles, and he goes to the gym once a week to lift free weights.
