I used to be into it and still am some. Trying to get back into the routine. I used to work for bulknutrition.com and I am still a mod on the forum but not as active as I should be. I was about 140-150 leaving hs and when I left college I was up to 175. While at BN I was up to 185. I just basically stayed on a bulking phase b/c I am naturally lean. Good luck and your doing well.

I trained (weightlifting) religiously for 6 years. I loved it. eventually I ran into money issues and couldn't renew my gym membership. Missing one day grew to complete stoppage. I'm now 29 and thirty pounds over weight and I feel the worst I've ever felt. We bought an Elliptical for our house, but I as usual after I get off a 9hr+ day I look at that thing with utter lifelessness. I can't get out of this rut and its taking it toll on me.
Keep up the training. I'm sorry I ever stopped.

Used to but haven't had the time in the last couple years to implement a full workout routine, I always surfed/wakeboarded etc so still stayed in shape. The other day started lifting weights again and was suprised at how weak I felt compared to before, gotta get body used to it again, I was sore as hell afterwords.

I may just buy a BowFlex setup b/c of time and could go to the gym like once/twice a week for free weights. Surprisingly my friend has a nice BowFlex setup and he loves it, he's had some nice gains as when tension builds it really puts a workout on the muscles, and he goes to the gym once a week to lift free weights.

tonyspop:

thats a beautiful routine and your suppleemtens/timing of meals is great as well
alot of people have that stigma of eating 6 meals..they assume your gonna get fatter
after being related to PHYSIOLOGY with this whole nursing crap you undersatnd the whole idea of it....and yes CARBS ARE GOOD FOR U...everyone should have a 1:1 protein carb ratio as 'normal' if anyone is in phases then just do it accordingly

RUSSECU:
BN is great..i actually started out on 1fast400 and got alot of my research from there and just recently went to BB

anyways interesting thread going on here!
