What is beer can chicken? | That's when you pop open a can of beer, stick it up the chicken's butt and set the chicken like it's sitting down on the can, on the grill. Just like in Al's picture. It helps keep the meat moist. People do it with Coke etc. Just had beer chicken a few weekends ago. Was mmm mmmm good!!

| | | Oh...Joe forgot to mention...I made the Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort sauce....and I spray them with Jim Beam and brown Sugar ...that will cure your cold....lol....I should make a sauce batch and send to you...it will last thru shipping .....
