Just like in Al's picture. It helps keep the meat moist. People do it with Coke etc. Just had beer chicken a few weekends ago. Was mmm mmmm good!!

| | | Oh...Joe forgot to mention...I made the Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort sauce....and I spray them with Jim Beam and brown Sugar ...that will cure your cold....lol....I should make a sauce batch and send to you...it will last thru shipping .....
