    Nascar advertising cars

These were displayed at a local steakhouse in the rafters above the bar. I expressed interest in them years ago. I was quite surprised when I was contacted to pick them up.
I however had no idea that they were this large, over 7'6" each.

We spoke with a bartender who said they had been above the bar since 1998, so they are at least 17yrs old.

They were made by a sign company out of Indiana.
Both are made of thin plastic with a thin metal frame.
The DJ car has folding metal table legs, and is oddly long as the photo shows.
Both have cracks in their plastic bodies.
#40 to the best of my knowledge was last driven by Sterling Marlin.

I don't know what to do with them???
One suggestion was to run them over with my rzr and make a monster truck type video. LOL.

Has anyone seen anything like these before? Any Idea if they have any monetary value?

They where made for Beer advertising.......and there is a big market for that.

the go-cart idea is good but a lot of work to make them safe in that regard.

Put them on the web (Ebay) you'll be surprised.

If I had the room I would be interested in both(.

The Dale Jr car is going to be worth more and your right Sterling was the last driver in the coors light car ( which has my interest the most)

    good Luck with sale!
