me and my best friend that i have know from second grade just got an appt...3 bedroom...cuz it was the better deal ..only 50 more bux than the 2 bedroom.and its bout 1200sq ft..its got a great view and they are really nice...here some pics

damn.....be glad your not in FL or NY lol. I was expecting at least $1800 a month not 999.

One of my friends and his fiance got lucky also. She works for a builder and they were redoing a development to sell as condos but then stopped and decided to just conitune to rent instead. She gets a dsicount working for the builder, their paying at 50%, about $1700 a month for 1500 sqft...but this was one of the units that was completley redone with granite, stainless steel appliances etc. Employee's weren't supposed to get those high end units but they made a mistake on a paper and didn't know it was one of them lol, so they got a sick place for half price.
