Al so sorry to hear that, that just sucks. If it was me, I would take some pics of the swirls in the paint. Show the owner of the dealership the before pics and after swirl pics. See if they would make it right.

A lot of good ideas so far. How about taking in a copy of this whole thread so he knows how serious you are about the way your truck looks and the way others feel about the way it was treated. In addition to that the more documentation the better, like your cost to detail it before and your estimate to do it again; a past AG invoice that reflects the products you used; a link for him to view a proper detail; etc. Best to you. Let us know what happens.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune Al. I think you should attempt to get some relief from the dealership that caused this damage, either by money or having your ride completely detailed by someone of your choice. I had a similar incident happen to me. I just finished doing my Black Azeria and it was flawless. I filled it with Gas and handed the attendant my credit card. He saw a small spot on my Gas Door and wiped it with a Paper Towel. I went ballistic. Instant scratches. I spoke with the owner and was given the take of gas for free. I was able to buff out the scratches but I can only imagine your pain. Good Luck on your pursuit.
