A few pictures from my trip to Germany

I flew out to Stuttgart Germany for a week with a friend of mine. The flight just from NewYork (Newark) took 8.5hrs.
We stayed at a hotel in Grobbettlingen, just east of Frickenhausen.Very nice place. Here is a picture of the Hotel, lobby and a couple room shots:

we stayed in the hotel "Suite",it was a old hotel built before WWII:

the veiw outside our room window:

We took a stroll outside the neighborhood:

Here was our rental car,Germany's version of the Buick. We took this car down the AutoBahn at 230KMH/140ish MPH and Ferrari's and Audi's/Benz were passing us like we were standing still:

We stopped at a local petro store to fill up on some Liters of fuel on our way to a local castle and I saw these on the store shelves:

this castle was jaw dropping:

before we left yesterday,I took a picture of this $100K+ Fisker Karma at the Stuttgart Airport, that I would of loved to take down the German AutoBahn

I got a kick out of even Volkswagons passing me when I was doing about the same MPH.

I wished I'd had known you were going to Germany...
Perhaps you could of picked up some M188 for a couple of us.
And Yes...Thanks for sharing your trip/photos of Germany...

Thanks do much for sharing this. I love Germany! My favorite place to vacation by far. Wish I could get some good German food locally.
