LOL...I never trust the NWS here on the Chesapeak Bay Watershed.
If you look at the sky in most of my detail photos here in Md, you will most likely see large thick clouds.
It rained most of the morning here today, only to reveal abundant sunshine in the afternoon.
Montgomery county is a whole other story though. They get rain even if ony 20% chance is forcast.

OK, I'm off my soapbox and done grumbling about clouds and weather people. Back to your regular scheduled programming.
I don't like how the weathermen/women here are all starting to dress so casual during severe weather. If I am about to die in a tornado, I want someone in a suit telling me this
