POLL: Keep the stripes or ditch em?

So I got my new 2012 Mustang this week and it came with the stripes on the bottom of the doors. I've got mixed feelings on how they look so I'm gonna leave it up to a vote of my fellow autogeeks. I've already had a few suggestions but I need more feedback. Keep 'em or take 'em off?

Once I get 20 replies I'll do what the majority think I should. Sound off!

With them the non matching side skirts sticks out and is way more obvious.

They have kinda been part of the mustang look for ages and have their place. But they' re cheap vinyl...if you serious about keeping the car, do it right , I'd strip them and have them resprayed and cleared for a quality look.

I think you should ditch them, but I also think that if you do...you should lower the car a little bit.

For some reason, they seem to fit with the factory height. But, when they're taken away, the car looks taller. Drop it down, and it will look hot!

Remove them. I just removed them off an 06 Mustang (sorry no before pics) 100% better.
