Placed an order at AG the 21st of march, and today i had to send them a mail and ask if they had forgott about me, this is the second time (second order) i have to send customer service a "bump" to get the secondary mail to aprove my order.
Shame on you....

| | | Never had an issue with Autogeeks service. Maybe it was international shipping thing. Not saying you are wrong, just never had had a problem. |

Probably because i send the orders in daytime here in Norway, and thats at night at palm beach maybe...
Got a AG addiction and neeeeeeed my medicine.....Had to put on a coat og Pinnacle LS to keep the car "calm" until my supply of ShMitts gets here...

Usually it takes little more than a week from i order to i get the stuff, so its not THAT long. Its not ME, its the CARs thats crying "whers my AG stuff, im filthy, i cant be seen like this in public etc" shes honking all night, refuse to start. it drives me wild. I even had to wash the cars with a sheepskin mitt today, I couldnt have the lights on when i washed them, if they dont see the ShMitt before washing they freak out......
Had to apply a coat of Pinnacle LS on the evo and ClearKote QuikShine on the Volvo just to keep them silent trough the night.

| | | Truls you and me both I placed my order last week and I checked this morning and it said that it just left the US...man it's hard waiting. I wish I had one day turn around like other member...not mentioning any names....cough (dengood1).
At work I keep clicking on the link that takes me to check the status of the package and still in the US. It usually takes me a week to receive my items as well.
Good/sad to know I'm not the only one going threw AG delivery with drawl. |
