Aaarrghh!!

So just like any autogeek nerd, I have been religiously tracking my order from AG all week long....I get home today and wonder...."Why there isnt a beautiful brown box waiting for me full of AG goodies?" So I get online to track the package figuring I would have to go to the UPS office and go pick it up or wait for a second delivery attempt...usually they just leave it at the door....but upon checking the tracking number I find that ups damaged the package so it has to be sent back to AG....AAARGGHHH!!! I wish UPS was as efficient as AG but oh well...the new wait begins....

I truly prefer Fedex whenever possible, especially their new ground service. UPS is historically late, missing, and damaged. They need to reinvent their reputation in customer service first, versus the new "brown" commercials.

I use to make a living selling on eBay before I retired and out of all the mailing services, UPS was the worst. If you send a package and insure it and it arrives damaged "Good Luck on trying to Collect. They have so much red tape and it takes weeks to even get them to look into the claim. They try and ware you down so that you will give up. I know, I have had several items damaged when shipping and Not Once Did They Settle on a damage claim.

just like to publicly thank Meghan for her quick response to the situation...this forum is like having live tech support...the shipping damage is obviously not AG's fault and I want to thank her for taking the time get the ball rolling now and not waiting for U PoS to work out details of what happened...

Don't take ur stuff to those UPS stores u see in the strip malls. They are privately owned and just use the UPS name. UPS doesnt even acknowledge them when it comes to claims.
