The low here in Ma. is 2.44 a gallon for reg..up to 2.59 in places..They say to expect 3.00 a gallon by Memorial Day...and upwards after for summer...

The days of cheap gas is over now...now that oil companies see huge quarterly profits like they have been ..why change since we need gas...they know we have to buy it

O jeez, that old summer rising gas prices gag... i specifically remember last year, exactly at this time, all of the economic analysts were predicting "over $5 by the end of the summer". this is their job, to exaggerate any form of the truth and make everything dramatic. Mark my words, gas will NOT go higher than $3.50 in Florida for the rest of the year.

save this thread so when the time comes, we can all laugh at those news guys.

granted yes, elections are over and the rep. didnt get what they wanted with their gas price cuts, and a litte gas increase was expected. but its not going to be astronomical guys.

I don't know, like 2.50 for regular or something? Not sure, don't pay attention b/c cheap gas or expensive our trucks have large tanks so either way its a nice fill up bill lol. And my truck is tuned for premium with its mods. The weirdest part is the diesel prices, if anything it should be the cheapest as its in crude form, the refinery processing is what adds alrge cost to gas, yet for the most part around ehre diesel is as much or sometimes more expensive then premium.

Over $3.00 in Visalia, Ca.
There was one station that did not raise their prices (still mid $2), and had cars wrapped around the block.
