Yea I got spoiled this year oh and get this. My sister is coming over tomorrow noon to start cooking for my favorite Nicaraguense food....not sure if you ever heard about it but they are called nacatamales.

Comi muchas veces en su casa, pero su madre nunca me dijo los nombres de los platos. Describeme lo que son los nacatamales. Tienen maiz?

Tienen maiz? | Bueno, tiene maza (de maiz) con pedasos de carne de cerdo (solo dos pedasos), un poquito de arros, pasas, chiltomo, pedasos finos de sebolla, pedasos finos de tomate, papas, jierbabuena todo esto enbuelto en hojas de platanos. Se pone a hervir por cuatro horas o mas. Cuando ya estan se seirbe en el plato y a comer...son riquisimas ami me encantan.
Espero que no se enojen que estamos comunicandonos por Español. |

Me parecen sabrosisimos!! I wish I could try them. Cierto que tienen restaurantes nicaraguenses por aqui en el sur de la Florida. Tengo que encontrar uno que sierve ese plato. YUM
