| | yea, I just went out to get some errands done and man is it cold! Just keeps getting colder tonight.
Of course, I'm not complaining, because I know what our northern neighbors get to deal with |

| | | It has been real cold here in Texas too. But this weekend is supposed to be in the upper 50's and sunny. However, my family hase been ill with cold, sore thoart, etc. and guess how is the last to catch it. Yuk. I hope to feel well enough to wash the car this weekend. Then I hop on a plane to Wash DC for a week of meetings. I hear it is way cold there!

| | | And you know what sucks about Florida cold, its a wet cold, will sink through whatever you have on. We used to have a place up in Nyack (NY), right on the Hudson River. In winter it will easily get down lower then the teens, yet for some reason I'm actually colder down here when it gets real cold compared to there as it's more of a dry cold. Don't get me wrong, it was still freezing LOL. But there were times when it was in the 30's-40's there and I had just jeans and thick shirt on, down here, 40's, you won't see me outside LOL.

I'll never forget a couple years ago when they had that blizzard that wasn't expected, and I left with some friends to drive up there and of course got stuck in it. Oh that was a lot of fun, torquey 2wd V8 suv w/ a/t tires and hills, oh yeh, lottso fun lol. Actually scary, George Washington bridge, I couldn't see sh!t, not what you want to feel when your going over a large river like the Hudson lol . That was a long drive.
