Digital camera - Olympus E-330

I'm thinking of getting a digital camera (I was previously using film - Pentax).
And thinking of going with Olympus E-330 (maybe I can then post some pics of work done )...Has anybody ever used that camera before??? Is it worth it? I only want SLR camera ( my Pentax is similar, but film). I like that tilting LCD monitor (maybe that's why I want it).
